Biography

陈颖聪,香港科技大学广州人工智能学域助理教授,兼任计算机科学与工程系联署助理教授,曾担任麻省理工学院担任博士后研究员。多年以来一直致力于计算机视觉领域中的生成式模型研究,在TPAMI、CVPR、ICCV、ECCV等顶级会议或期刊中发表论文三十余篇,多次以第一作者身份在顶级会议中做口头报告,其研究成果入选ESI高被引论文,获中国图像图形学会自然科学奖一等奖,并曾被CGTN(中国环球电视网)等媒体报道,在CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、NeurIPS,IJCAI、AAAI等顶级学术会议中担任(资深)程序委员会成员。

Yingcong Chen is an Assistant Professor AI Thrust of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou). He is also jointly appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2020 and previously served as a postdoctoral researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Over the years, he has been dedicated to research on generative models in the field of computer vision. He has published over 30 papers in top conferences and journals such as TPAMI, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, etc. He has given oral presentations at top conferences as the first author on multiple occasions, and his research work has been selected as highly cited paper in the Essential Science Indicators (ESI). He has received the First Prize in Natural Science from the China Society of Image and Graphics and his work has been reported by media outlets such as CGTN (China Global Television Network). He serves as a (senior) program committee member in top academic conferences including CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, IJCAI, AAAI.
